Not usually: Thrombosed external hemorrhoids are typically bluish, at the edge of the anus and usually tender initially.  Once the blood clot resolves it can leave a hemorrhoid tag which is usually soft, flesh colored and non-tender.

Testicular swelling.: I assume you have a swelling of the testicle, just by inspection delineating vas deference swelling is not that easy. it is tiny little tube, Have it checked out.

Hives?: Do they itch?  If so, try benadryl (diphenhydramine), if that works you likely have hives, an allergic reaction, to a food, medicine, or skin care product.  If not, see a doctor to found out what is going on.

if you've had an oshgood schlatters bump for over a yr should u ice it daily even if it is not swollen anymore? will that help it stay small as u grow

Osgood - schlatters: Ice would not be indicated if there is no pain or swelling.   If there is an increase in size or pain a physical exam is indicated.

May need x-ray: From what you described, you may have fractured a bone and it would be prudent to see your doctor for an examination to determine if an x-ray of the finger may be needed to make the diagnosis.

Seek MD if thrombose: Hemorrhoids can be felt as lump; may bleed intermittently;  seek medical attention if evidence of thrombosis, i.e. clot w tenderness, pain, or even fever. These may need surgery.  Given age &gt;50 be sure had screening colonoscopy to rule out colorectal cancer and remove polyps to reduce cancer risks. Anusol can reduce symptoms. Keep stool soft, use baby wipes rather than toilet paper. Balmex
