Maybe: Alot depends on what test is used and how sensitive it is.  I assume the Percocet is not being prescribed to you.  Using narcotics not prescribed to you is very dangerous.

Lilkely: Oxycodone usually clears out of the system in 3 days. If the medication was prescribed, that should get you a pass, even if urine tests positive.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Drug Testing: Yes. of course it will show up rapidly after you ingest it.  It dissolves in the stomach within 30 minutes.

Depends: There are a couple different ways to test. Most of the time we do screening just to see what is and what is not the. If i'm concerned i sometimes do quantitative testing which give the levels of the medications. Best thing is to follow the direction of the doc.

Not to worry: If your exposure the drug was only what you described, your urine test should be clean. No: tests for opiates vary and the fact it is a 12-panel test means little. Many urine opiate tests will not detect oxycodone, while others have a specific panel that will detect it.  However, it cannot tell the difference between the oxycodone in a 30 mg tablet and that in a oxycodone-acetaminophen combo.  Why are you concerned is my question? People with drug issues should be concerned with that.

Urine drug screen: Fentanyl will shows up in urine as morphine while Percocet will show up as oxycodone

Perhaps weeks: It depends on the half life of the drug in your body. How fast you personally metabolize and excrete the drug.

It can show up months later in hair analysis.

Get the confirmation: If you are taking your meds as prescribed and your provider is only doing a read-the-cup-in-the-office color-change test, then ask for your samples to be sent to the lab for urine drug screen confirmation. If you have a false-negative and are being threatened with discharge for noncompliance, then ask for the official reading. It's expensive, but you'll get to stay in your program!
