: Please see your doc to make sure all is well.  After that you can re-frame things by thinking of the dot as a "beauty mark" rather than an imperfection. If someone removes it you might become hyper-focused on any mark that might be left from the surgery.  We all have little dings here and there on the body.  Peace and good health.

You : You probably have herpes.  It is very easy to get herpes and it is very contageous and sexually transmitted.  You usually get it from oral or vaginal sex.  The definitive diagnosis is a blood test for antibodies.  You need to check for igg and igm of herpes.

Get Seen: Typically, Fordyce spots are small and not tender.  If yours is large and painful, it is likely something else and may need treatment.  Your description sounds more like you have an infected cyst, herpes, or other infection, which may need medication.

Penile lesion: I doubt that any male enhancement pill could cause this symptom but unprotected oral sex can be associated with herpes, syphilis, hepatitis A, venereal warts, oral cancer, human papilloma virus infection and other STDs.  If your symptoms persist or if your penile lesion worsens you should be checked.

Tricky: dermatologic conditions are hard to discuss without seeing them. And, frottage can easily transmit herpes which can stay dormant for YEARS then pop out.
BUT
1) first appearance tends to be within 2 week of infection,
2) tends to be multple fluid filled blisters
3) tends to be painful 
warts on the other hand.....take time to pop out, are hard, solid, painless.
cannot say in your particular case
