my 3 year old son cannot pee properly when he pees its sprays all over the bathroom, it seems like his pee hole is closing, his penis swells up when pees then eventually his pee comes out but sprays.  nb his uncircumcised ?

It happens: Sometimes the pee hole becomes smaller due to irritation. This can be confirmed by his paed or a urologist. A simple procedure called a meatotomy can be done to widen the hole. I would have it evaluated &amp; fixed. It in not that uncommon.

Time for consultatn: Sometimes the pee hole strictures down and they may dribble or have a weird spraying pattern during voiding. I send these to a urologist for an evaluation. The opening may need a procedure to enlarge the opening for more natural flow.

Common enough: Penile erection in any male-esp prolonged erection, called priapism-can be very uncomfortable and painful. Common but not as painful in small children.Try to get child to relax by being closely held for comfort and trying to get child's attention on a toy or something else.Also try not to stimulate penis while cleaning him and while changing clothes. Sometimes use of warm water locally may help.

Penis pain: You are best off going to see your medical doctor, health clinic or urologist to be tested for an  std if you have been sexually active. Partial closure at the tip of the penis, called mental stenosis, could be a possibility. Also, urinary tract infection, prostatitis, allergy to latex from condoms or lubricant could be cause as well. : Standing with legs crossed is tricky in some. I would look up in a UK Endocrinology Book from the lib as I have never seen a good study on this. You can also search PUBMED to see what the world's lit says about it. And be certain they were studying men like you.

Abscess: Chancres don't pop and sebaceous cysts don't swell rapidly or hurt suddenly. Let's shower twice a day for a while and consider a god antibacterial soap. If this gets worse or starts to spread, get seen.

It is normal.: Stop worrying about your penis size. It is normal  for you.It depends on several factors that includes height, race and genetics. Penile size may vary on different time of the day and is influenced by the temperature , blood flow and emotional state. Don't get preoccupied with this issue. . If you still concerned consult a urologist for penis enhancement surgery.
