Penis lumps: Penis lumps can be many things. Some STDs, some not. Only general advice can be given without a photo or physical exam. Top 2 photos are non-STDs: Fordyce spots (sebum which can be extricated by M.D. or left alone), Infected hair follicle (plucked and kept clean). Bottom 2 photos are STDs (HPV and Molluscum) to be evaluated by your MD so s/he can rule out other STDs and council you for prevention.

Bump on penis: I can't give you an answer to this via the internet. 
You will have to see your primary or a urologist to find an answer. Make not of when your lump first appeared, whether it is getting bigger, and if there is any associated discharge. If you are engaged in any sexual activity, make note of that to the physician as well.

hi there. i have noticed recently a very small bb sized ball lump on the top of my penis shaft just underneath the skin. it does not hurt at all and causes no problems, it also isnt visible but i can feel it when i go to touch it. please help?

: This description suggests a fibroma (a small benign tumor), sebaceous cyst, or similar anomaly. It's not an STD and probably nothing serious. But see a doctor if it persists and you remain concerned.

Pearly papules?: One man in about one hundred is the lucky owner of "pearly penile papules" along the corona (the back part of the glans). They are a normal variant and might be considered something of a plus. If for some reason you don't like them, they can be removed using a laser. Check the online photos and see if this matches what you have.

i have a cluster of flesh coloured lumps bottom end, upper-left side of my penis shaft. i have tried freezing them off but they don't disappear fully.

Stop freezing: They are most likely HAIR FOLLICLES and are in the layer BELOW the epidermis!  THEY ARE NORMAL..but if they "bother" you see a Dermatologist!

Stop squeezing: I would go to a doctor to get examined and treated.
They may be benign pearly penile papules, or signs of an infection. Pus in the genital area is not a healthy sign.
