i have lose stool and diarrhea for 2 month after antibiotics (penicillin g).. no blood nor not too watery sometimes watery and stomach makes weird sound sometimes i tried over the counter medication didn't work for me .. whats wrong with my body.?

: Antibiotic will disrupt the natural good flora of the gut.  Some of the side effects of this can be loose stools.  some people are more susceptible to this than others.
Contact the prescribing Dr. to consult, then you might want to begin taking a probiotic to rebalance the gut bug ecology.  See a natural pharmacist for recommendations on which probiotic would be best.  a common one is florestore.

Penicllins: Penicillin g benzathine, potassium, procaine and sodium are currently available in the United States in parenteral formulations for intravenous or intramuscular use. Penicillin v potassium (also called phenoxymethyl penicillin) is a more acid stable and can be administered orally.

Pencillin: Benzathine penicillin has  duration of activity for 2-4 weeks after intramuscular route. Adverse events from an antibiotics may occur days/weeks after the antibiotic is discontinued therefore if side effect occurs after benzathin penicillin it may occur while the patient is on it or after it is discontinued and may last longer than duration of activity.

Probably nothing: Missing one dose slightly increases the risk for the infection to recur.  But there is a significant tail for the concentration of the antibiotic.  Also if you miss a dose early in treatment the risk is hjigher than later when the bacteria presumably is attenuated.

Good follow up: Accidental administration into an artery or nerve can cause severe neurovascular damage. Serious complications of suspected intravascular administration include immediate pallor, mottling, or cyanosis of the extremity, both distal and proximal to the injection site, followed by bleb formation. I would instruct patient to call if any concerning symptoms (pain, swelling, skin changes, numbness).

Nothing if no allerg: As long as you are not allergic there should not be an issue. Penicillin g can be given into the muscle but it should be given by a trained nurse or medical provider.

: PCN can treat gram negative organisms too as you have known about using PCN for N. meningitidis or N. gonorrhoeae which are gram negative diplococci.
