You may be correct: A cystocele is when the bladder protrudes through the vaginal opening and usually occurs in females after childbirth.  This condition may also occur in athletes or after trauma to the area.  A cystocele may be mistaken for large bowel or vaginal contents protruding through the vaginal orifice.  Your description could be either of the above.  See a gynecologist if the problem results in discomfort.

Your pelvic ligaments are stretched, your body is releasing a hormone called 'relaxin' which is doing just that.... Relaxing the ligaments holding your pelvic bones together. Some women's pelvic bones separate by as much as 1cm in pregnancy.... That's a lot of stretching!  most women have pain, you're not alone!

Possibly.: The presentation of labor varies among pregnant women; some report pelvic pressure, others painful contractions and others no major symptoms until their water breaks. You should see your obstetrician or midwife asap!

You need evaluation : You haven't had your cycle in six months and are having severe pelvic pain with negative pregnancy tests. Are you  using contraception? With many methods it is normal not to bleed. Have you had any bleeding ?  Is the pain all the time or only when you have sex, or a bowel movement or when you should be getting your period?  Please go see your doctor if you haven't yet for testing and an exam.

Go se OB: I would surely get off of the smart phone and go see your ob.  They need to know if you are in preterm labor.  I am sure your prenatal instructions or book that the OB recommended also has a section on the common situations that arise at this point in your pregnancy. It may be good to open this book and remind yourself what to expect.

i am a 18 year old girl and i am suffering from chocolate cyts in both of my ovaries. many times i  feel strong pelvic pains at night. is it possible for me to get pregnant with chocolate cyts or is it possible to get pregnant after cyts removal?

: So called "chocolate cysts" are a result of bleeding inside the abdomen caused by endometriosis implants with accumulation of bleeding with menstruation over time.  The treatment should be oral contraception (bcp's) to prevent infertility as a result. Laparoscopic surgery may be recommended to abbreviate this process.  Ask your gyn about low dose oral bcp's.

Most likely ov. Cyst: Most likely ovulation related pain as ovulation is generally 14 days or so prior to start of menses. If pain persists an exam by your doctor and a pelvic ultrasound would be in order to make sure not a tubal pregnancy (which is less likely with the neg preg test but not impossible). So if pain persists do not wait to ck it out.

probably: Most likely your "body adjusting". If you are having more discomfort or spotting, leakage, etc, see your obgyn  right away.

Check with doc: It is certainly expected to have discomforts in the last few weeks of pregnancy. If it is mild you may have round ligament pain or other normal discomforts of pregnancy. If the pain is severe or if you are having contractions you need to be seen by your doctor.
