can lupus cause glomerulations (seen w/ cystoscopy) in bladder & pelvic pain? i am being treated for lupus d/t other symptoms & test results but i have this too.

Hunner's?: Both lupus and hunner's intersyitial cystitis are miserable diseases and unfortunately both are common. If you have taken Cyclophosphamide for your lupus, this might also be a consideration -- check with your urologist and ask if i'm right. I wish you the very best luck in getting effective treatment.

what does renal pelvic fullness mean on an ultrasound? is it aligned with lupus nephritis ?

: It means that the renal pelvis (where urine is collected before draining into the urinary tubes (ureters) was full. It can be due to a mild obstruction, intake of large amt of water or imaged during its filling phase. Lupus nephritis is an inflammation of the kidneys where urine is produced

i have had myasthenia gravis for 18yrs and systemic lupus for 2 yrs. for 6 months i have had most all of the symptoms of pelvic girdle pain, but with  bleeding.  i am 55 yrs  w/ hot flashes.  help?

See md asap: Assuming you mean vaginal bleeding, see gyn, to make sure you don't have a potentially serious uterine or ovarian problem (including cancer). If you mean rectal bleeding, see GI doc to check for colorectal issues, including inflammation, polyps, cancer. If you mean urinary bleeding, start with gyn, but may need urology  evaluation.

have lupus.had surgery to remove large borderline tumor, cyst, and fallopian tube from pelvis. now have health anxiety for love ones. is that normal?

Many reasons: There are many possible reasons for your headaches. Anxiety/ tension headache, allergy histamine headaches, bulging or herniated cervical discs, post traumatic head injury, post concussion syndrome, migraines, menstrual induced migraines, brain rumors, cerebral aneurysm, sinusitis, vision difficulties, poorly controlled hypertension, hyperthyroidism, brain abscess, pituitary rumors, levtemperature.

i have had serious pelvic pain since may ive had ultrasound after u/s. i want my dr to do laporoscopy how can i get him too do it? something is wrong!

Some ways around it: If you have pain in your pelvic area, it can be investigated and treated  by a good gynecologist. Besides ultrasound, MRI of the pelvic area can be more revealing and may show the cause.But Pelvic Inflammatory disease(PID) may not show on any X-
If your current doctor is not able to solve the problem, seek a second opinion from another gynecologist. Then you will find out the best course of action

: This sounds like you were simply traumatized and have residual discomfort as it continues to heal. If things worsen and do not continue to improve you should consult a gynecologist.

Many reasons: Your pelvis has many organs in it;s vicinity. Uterus, tubes, ovaries, bowel, bladder and spine. Pathology in any of these can cause pain. Pelvic varicosities leading to pelvic congestion can cause pain too.
