I had quite a lot of bleeding after fingering which stopped within an hour with no pain. its now been 6 days since then and ive had pelvic pain which is more uncomfortable than anything. its not been constant. what do you think it could be?

This sounds like you were simply traumatized and have residual discomfort as it continues to heal. If things worsen and do not continue to improve you should consult a gynecologist.
