Exam: Get examined by your gynecologist or a urologist to see if you're leaking urine from a caruncle or prolapse of the urethra or have any bladder problems causing leakage.

itching and burning/irritation when pee in my vagina for a week. don't know if i have std or allergic to latex. what do i do?(don't wanna visit hspt)

Yes but: One needs to rule out an infection as well and thus you may well need to see a doctor.  I am curious as to the question on vagina when your stated gender is male.

i had to self swab myself for bv & am waiting for a results appt. i think i have a uti now as well. urge to pee, pressure in vagina, no pain or burning. could bv be causing this & i think its a uti or do bv not cause those symptoms? thanks?

: It would be far wiser for you to see a doctor or clinic and not try to diagnose and treat yourself. You might have more than one problem with coordination of treatments. STD testing might be indicated if you are at risk; STDs can cause the same symptoms as UTI and BV.

Vaginal pain: At 32 weeks, stress can activate a herpes I or II infection and produce a vaginal sore which is very sensitive by itself, but when urine spills on the sore, it can increase significantly.  See your OB provider for testing for IgG and IgM antibodies for herpes, or an exam for treatment.

do i need penicilin or monistat is ok? i don't know if this is yeast infection or herpes, is really really painful to pee and after i pee i see in my vagina red spots that after a while cover with a white stuff that it is easy to clean with paper the firs

It : It is possible that you have both herpes and a yeast vaginitis at the same time.  Usually yeast vaginitis is not a painful problem, which makes me wonder about the herpes infection you mentioned.  You relly need to see your family physician or gynecologist soon to sort this out and get proper treatment.  Until then take some Ibuprofen or tylenol (acetaminophen) to control some of the pain.

Pregnant?: Are you pregnant?  If so you need to be checked right away.  If not, I would see a doctor in the next day or 2.  This could be a vaginal, sexually transmitted, or urinary infection.  No way to tell without an exam and some tests.  Good luck!

Here are some ...: Unnecessary as long as due topical hygiene is maintained by daily rinsing. Yet, it's a healthy practice to drain and dry the vulva after each voiding. That is all what you need and there is no need for over washing with over use of soaps.
