Doctor can evaluate: Pain during urination and pain in the vagina could be a sign of an infection. You might consider visiting your doctor for a full evaluation and possible treatment.

I have a weird pulsing and stinging feeling in my vagina before and after I pee. No other pain aside from that. What could it be?

It could be trigonit: This may be trigonitis which is irritation of the bottom of the bladder where the urine goes into the urethra. This can be related to an infection. You need to discuss this with your physician and gynecologist or even urologist.

Vaginal pain ?'s: Urine contact with inflamed vaginal walls can cause pain, and may be related to Herpes virus lesions. See your gyn physician for an exam and blood testing for IgM and IgG antibodies to Herpes I and II.
