I have a weird pulsing and stinging feeling in my vagina before and after I pee. No other pain aside from that. What could it be?

It could be trigonit: This may be trigonitis which is irritation of the bottom of the bladder where the urine goes into the urethra. This can be related to an infection. You need to discuss this with your physician and gynecologist or even urologist.
