Make sure: That the room is dark, quiet, without televisions, radios etc., especially if the problem is that she is distracted after she wakes up.  The environment needs to be boring and there shouldn't be anything to do except sleep.   If she's old enough to be potty trained, then she's also old enough to understand that, except for her trip to the potty, she's not allowed to play or be actively up at night.

hi everyone last night i am feeling cold mild shaking i took tylenon and slept then i pee on my bed while dreaming i am 33 whats causes this , i remember i used to pee when i was kid little longer upto 9 years the i peed today its embarrassing?

: It can happen sometimes with taking too much fluids eg alcohol, coffee tea in some people. If you are otherwise well with no more such episodes you should be OK . If not pl see a Urologist to check you out. Good luck.

im a 36/f, been on dialysis 5 yrs..ive skipped 3 weeks and feel fine! how much longer can i, last? i don't wanna go back...i do pee a little still..

Survival depends...: A person goes on dialysis because her kidneys can't remove enough byproducts from her body. The byproducts are toxic when their levels get high, so survival off of dialysis depends on what remaining natural kidney function there is. Survival time would be different for each person. If she still has things to do, people to see, places to go, then it's best to get dialyzed and live a little longer.

No: How long you are able to go without passing urine is a function of the size of the bladder and the strength of the sphincter. Avoiding urination can cause dilation of the bladder and can lead to bladder or kidney infections. Your bladder is a muscle but when it is stretched with too much urine it actually is weaker and contracts less efficiently when you do go to urinate.

Sounds: like a "UTI" (urinary Tract Infection) a simple urinalysis/urine culture is certainly a first step!

Don't know for sure: First of all, yes people can get headaches by holding back from either urinating or defecating for long periods of time.  If I had to take an educated guess I would say that holding one's bladder could cause one to tense up the abdominal muscles.  This is the equivalent of doing what's called a Valsalva maneuver. This then, increases internal head pressure and thus can lead to headaches.

Retained in the body: If you are eating salty food your body has to hold on to the water to equalize the salt content. So you won't eliminate the extra water right away, but as your kidneys process and get rid of the extra salt you'll also lose the excess water.

Doctor Exam Cystitis: Your hormones change during your period.  You may also have a low grade urinary tract infection.  I would recommend a doctor visit to include a pelvic exam and urine culture to start.  This is the fastest way to get feeling better.
