ANS: yes especially if you are pregnant- but will depend on how old you are,what time of day urine was tested and any other health problems you have. Dipstick testing can not be very accurate. Was it a clean catch midstream urine?

No change in protein: Protein may be denatured (changed in structure) when cooked, but does not disappear or become less nutritious.

: Boiling  the milk is the best procedure to follow as it protects from the transmitted bacteria from cow. Contents do not change in the total amount . Form of protein changes and it becomes easier to digest. Hope it helps.

Avoid processed food: Simple sugars and processed carbs should be avoided or limited. This includes any flour product. The fine grind makes absorption quick, and spikes your blood sugar which increases Insulin and promotes weight gain. Good fats such as olive oil and coconut oil are fine in sensible amounts. Eat a rainbow of organic vegetables and max 3-4 oz protein with each meal 5 hours apart.

Pork rinds.: Equal in calories to potato chips.  While chips have no protein, and have an equal number of grams of carbs and fat, pork rinds have no carbs, and instead have protein in equal ratio to the fat grams. Like bacon. 50% protein and 50% fat.  There is no downside, unless you don't eat meat (or pork). You are getting protein versus starch and less salt. The downside: don't stay as fresh as long!

Generous: This should be more than enough to allow for you to gain. Relatively few reps, highest possible weight, use creatine and/or an electronic muscle stimualtor if okay with your physician. Most women prefer a natural-looking man & everyone i know who's tried steroids has been sorry. Congratulations on your decision to gym -- it's a great gift to yourself & will make others happy.

: My hunch is that they swell with water when boiled and weigh more. Thus per gram protein will appear to be down but is not.  I would go to Cronometer app for more info.

Not sure: Exactly what you mean.  Do you mean specific meals, if so, that will be difficult to do in this small space.  Consider a formal HealthTap Prime consultation, otherwise consider high protein foods like lean meats, eggs, legumes(beans/lentils).

Whey protein can: be good.  Please make sure the product you use is organic (from cows that can graze) rather than from cows that are pumped full of antibiotics and hormones.  Peace and good health.
