Pork rinds.: Equal in calories to potato chips. While chips have no protein, and have an equal number of grams of carbs and fat, pork rinds have no carbs, and instead have protein in equal ratio to the fat grams. Like bacon. 50% protein and 50% fat. There is no downside, unless you don't eat meat (or pork). You are getting protein versus starch and less salt. The downside: don't stay as fresh as long!
