Usually in babies: we try to use nasal saline drops for nasal congestion. if coughing or sneezing see her pediatrician. however Tylenol (acetaminophen) would be safe to use

Depends: Any calorie intake in excess of what you burn off daily will help you add weight. Ensure or Pediasure are balanced supplements that can do this. However, simply eating more can just add fat, not lean muscle which is what most would prefer, An exercise routine with mixed cardio and resistance exercise can enable muscle growth.

No: There is no diet /exercise or medication that will promote linear growth in a 23 year old.Girls will grow about 3 inches after their first period and then stop. Growth centers close in response to the same hormones that make you cycle.Once closed they cannot reopen.

Phenobarbital: If the level was therapeutic 3 months ago, it's likely therapeutic now unless there has been a lot of weigh gain since then. If dose too low, seizures may recur. If too high, sedation and slowed learning. If child is acting normally, the dose is probably not too high

See an Allergist: There are many possibilities  food?Dust mites?Pets?But  allergist would 1st take a careful history(ie., do allergies run in your family?Etc), &possibly due a few simple scratch tests(usually better than blood test & feels like a prick with a toothpick.Not needle). Sometimes no cause is found but allergist can help with simple treatment measures. We see this type of cough often...Don't worry.

Abdominal pains: Yes.  Blood test of pylori are not accurate.  Next test would be scoping and cultures for it from the gut.  Even though pain with stress, need scope to r/o pylori and see if reflux.

Other supplement : At your age if you want to use a supplement I'd choose one for adults such as Ensure or Boost. Of course, there is also just the old upping your caloric intake every day by 20%. Also, has doctor checked things like your thyroid function to make sure that's not your problem?  Sounds like time to discuss concern with doctor and a good dietician!

Alternatives like the school records, college or trade school applications, baby books, etc. may have it.The medical boards of the states determine how long physicians must keep records.  At some point they are all destroyed.
