Sounds like: ruptured tendon, but you need to see a doctor to make sure that it is not thrombophlebitis, especially if you have risk factors such as birth control pills,smoking, protracted immobility, or recent surgery.  This can lead to a pulmonary embolus, a potentially life threatening problem.

pea sized lump under skin in crease between right testicle & leg.thought ingrown hair so pulled hairs on it,some pus came out maybe from hair not sure?

Furuncle: this may be a hair follicle that became infected.  could also be an infected sebaceous cyst.  See your doctor to drain.  May require an antibiotic

Veins and lumps: Varicose veins are dilated veins...up to where you can feel them easily.  This also allows you to feel the valves that are part of the veins normal structure. Pull up some pics of vein anatomy to reassure yourself.

see your doctor: If you have a new lump or a changed mole, your doctor can remove it or biopsy it if it is suspicious for skin cancer.  Otherwise it is usually easy to remove with a local.

In that location: possibly a Sebaceous Cyst ( Plugged sweat gland) and the only sure way of removal is surgery (MINOR)
