No way: No way to tell without seeing, feeling lump.  Need to know size, location, texture, may need biopsy, and so many other things.  Put down the computer, pick up your phone, call your dentist for an examination.

Don't worrry: It's probably from biting your cheeks, or a swelling from a salivary duct.  If it gets bigger, changes color, or becomes sore, see an oral surgeon right away.

Possible mucocele: It may be a mucocele, but it could also be a host of other things  if it is a mucocele it can be removed and should not come back (swollen gland).  It is best to check with your dentist and get it evaluated and then treat the problem so it does not cause any other problems.  It is pretty easy and not too uncomfortable to remove and it will heal up fine if it is a mucocele.

See your doctor.: A subcutaneous mass can be lots of different things.  In your case I suspect you had a case of folliculitis with a small abscess.  If it never drained its contents it may have calcified over time.  Your doctor can remove this so a diagnosis can be made by a pathologist.

That's "easy": It is most likely a small THROMBOSED (CLOTTED) external hemorrhoids you are describing  ..these are ABSORBED by the anti-inflammatory cells in your body!

Few things.: If it's just under your cheek bone it is likely a cyst of some sort perhaps related to acne or a plugged follicle or skin cells trapped under the skin.  Could also be a retained foreign object or a scar.
