Hi iv had a pea sized lump just under my cheek bone, just wondering of you have any ideas on what it could be?

Few things.: If it's just under your cheek bone it is likely a cyst of some sort perhaps related to acne or a plugged follicle or skin cells trapped under the skin. Could also be a retained foreign object or a scar.
