Heart rythm: Masturbation causes erection and then ejaculation. This is associated with stimulation of your parasympathetic and then sympathetic nervous system.  That would likely be causing your change in heart rate. If brief this should not be an issue. Do the symptoms come on at other times. Troubles with running or activity. and do you feel like passing out?  Those would be more concerning.

i get pvcs + short pauses in my heart beat during climax when i orgasm. (not before orgasm) they fade pretty quickly (30 seconds or so) and my heart only beats irregulary during this time then recovers. no other activity triggers this, is it normal?

PVC: The heart has a pacemaker (PM) or internal clock in the upper chambers (atria) that sends a signal to the lower  chambers (ventricles) which is delayed so that the ventricles contract after the atria. Premature ventricular contractions (PVCs) can occur spontaneously or be triggered by adrenaline or drugs and are always followed by a compensatory pause to return the heart to its previous rhythm.

Heart pause: I understand the concern; we are discussing the heart.  What are concerning symptoms?  Shortness of breath or chest with activity,  light headiness, losing consciousness. How can one say that your symptoms are not concerning? A good examination is needed and probably testing the heart rhythm continuously for at least one full day. So, Ii wish I could answer this but this forum is not sufficient

Everyone's heart rate varies to some degree. Your physician or the cardiologist with whom he consults can arrange this
