It depends: It depends on where the doctor makes the incision and whether he/she is doing surgery lap, robotic or open.  Campbell's urology, the definitive textbook on urology in your medical library should be a good reference.

Internet: While the internet has its drawbacks, it also has its advantages. If you can be more specific about what you mean buy "patient safety" it can help refine the search. I do suggest looking at www.Mercola.Com as a beginning place for information and expand out. Most states have a council on aging so the dept of health website may also have some useful information.

To find a support : group, you have to know the reason for the brachycephaly. More babies have benign flattening of the back of their heads since the AAP started the "Back to Sleep" campaign to reduce risk of SIDS. 168 different genetic mutations can cause brachycephaly, according to the genetic website OMIM. Molecular genetic tests like Chromosomal Microarray were not available when today's adults were children.

Hospital security!: Hi. Get hospital security and the police involved immediately if a patient becomes violent or threatens you with violence! Be escorted to and from your car. Please take all precautions. I would not count on books or websites. You sound like you need protection. Violent people can make life miserable for good people. Be safe.

It depends on what: you mean by "helping".  Most doctors do not know much about reflexology and I am one of those docs, so I cannot tell you.  All I can tell you is that the prognosis of a coma depends on what put the patient into a coma in the first place.  I would be tempted to say that it cannot hurt, but then again, I would not know.  Check with a local reflexologist or somebody with experience in eastern med.

Press-Ganey sends out surveys to patients and compiles the data to give to the doctors and hospitals. The data helps doctors decide which parts of their practices are doing very well (in the eyes of the patients) and which parts need improvement. Data may be made public (without identifiable information).
