can a head ache and dizziness be bad after running?

Running: Not necessarily. Running causes sweating which in turn causes dehydration. This is probably the cause of the headaches and dizziness. When exercising it is important to rehydrate with water.

Headaches: your headaches while running long distances can be dehydration and/or possible  electrolyte imbalace. Specifically, because of sweating you may be losing salt causing hyponatremia.Therefore, it is important to remain well hydrated and to possibly drink electrolye containing fluids

Mgt: I would suggest a pulse oximetry, Blood Pressure measurement and cardiac evaluation by your PCP. Sometimes these symptoms are related to cardiac causes.  A virtual appointment is also available.

Not sure: If you have some periodontal(gum) issues(do you floss properly ; regularly?) you might have some gingivel bleeding upon exertion which can create a metallic taste.   If you have not had a periodontal charting done in past year it would be a good idea to have a perio exam to rule out this as a cause of your problem.

Neck arthritis: There are several joints and intervertebral discs in the neck.  These can wear out over time leading to pain.  Degeneration of the joints or discs can cause neck pain and headaches.  While these are the most common causes be sure to see your physician to rule out more serious conditions.

after running (sprinting)at 85-95% of my hrmax i can hear my heartbeat through my mouth when i do inhale deeply. is it normal? i'm rather healthy guy.

Strong beating: The heart would beat forcefully and fast with this degree of exertion and it wouldn't be unusual to feel   your heart beating. Hearing it through your mouth is unusual but i doubt it's serious if the sensation disappears soon after resting.

why do i have massive pain in head, ears, and teeth after running, bike riding, or any hard type of exercise?

Add shock absorber.: Sounds like you might benefit from a shock absorber in the mouth.  Pick up an athletic mouth guard that can absorb some of the impact of your exercise routine and   you may get some significant relief.  If it works, a more professional fitted type could be obtained from your dentist.

Hang in there: congrats on this!  sounds like typical nicotine withdrawl symptoms...some of the smoking cessation aids like nicoret gum may help ease these.  Stay the course

: The white spot on your babies lip may be a milia which is generally a benign condition which generally clears up without treatment in a few weeks. However to rule out any possible more serious conditions I suggest a well baby check-up with your Family Doctor as soon as possible. I hope for the best for the health of your baby!

Get it checked: Difficult to assess without looking at the lesions, get it assessed by your doctor if you are concerned about it
