Vaginal Discharge: Vaginal discharge could be secondary to many reasons, but mostly infections. Typically a fish odor discharge is due to bacterial vaginosis, which is usually your own bacterial overgrowth and usually not a std.  One of the causes is using vagina douching which is not good.

Sinusitis: Foul smelling discharge is commonly from sinusitis. See your primary care doctor for treatment. As you are in the last trimester of your pregnancy, it is safe to take antibiotic, decongestant and antihistamine for the treatment. Do not take Aspirin and ibuprofen.

Need more info: Where is the discharge from? How often does it happen? Does it have any temporal relation to ingestion of seafood? Are there any other symptoms?
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

More info: ? vaginal discharge? if so may be bacterial vaginosis with is due to an imbalance of normal vaginal flora. should followup with doctor who may use antibiotics, but probiotics may help.

Vaginitis: most likely you have bacterial vaginitis (trichomonas vaginitis) that causes yellow discharge with fish odor. you and your sex partner needs to be treated with antibiotics and will need prescription medicine.

There is no “just anal discharge” but it could be a short term temporary condition (infection) or a long term, more serious inflammatory bowel disease.
