Sinusitis: Foul smelling discharge is commonly from sinusitis. See your primary care doctor for treatment. As you are in the last trimester of your pregnancy, it is safe to take antibiotic, decongestant and antihistamine for the treatment. Do not take Aspirin and ibuprofen.
