Probably None: kiwi does have some proteolytic enzymes in it and that much may irritate your stomach, but if it does not than you can probably eat all you want.  You might also get some diarrhea.

Chelation therapy: (greek for claw or grab) is controversial but many people find it helpful in removing metals from the body.  The standard method is IV treatments but there are newer oral chelators that one can take. In the us it is covered by insurance when used to remove lead but it is also used for other things.  Please go to a doc who specializes in this or is trained in it.  Peace and good health.

Interaction: It's possible that the grapefruit like pomelo fruit interacted with the benzodiazepine,lexotan, but I think it would actually make the lexotan more sedating. You appeared to have the opposite effect. Your pharmacist can advise you better about this,however.

Natural Sweets: Are you doing this for weight loss or " detox?" anyway, shouldn't cause anything besides diarrhea ( loose stools) but otherwise, you should be fine if you  take in adequate calories overall. Just remember, balanced diet is the only healthy diet. Add some veggies to balance out the amount of sugar from the fruits.

For a short time: Iontophoresis patches are used for acute soft tissue injuries to help focus the administration of medication right to where it is needed in the body.  The medicine does not linger in these areas for a long time.  Not more than if the medication was taken by mouth. The side effects that have been noted after the patch is removed are mostly related to possible skin irritation.
