Stones : Sounds like you have lots of gallstones. If your having symptoms of right upper abdominal pain, pain with fatty foods, you should be evaluated for a laparoscopic cholestectomy, aka gallbladder removal.

This is a common: complaint in patients with IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and is possibly due to CONTRACTION of the now empty bowel!

i've an almost constant urge to pass stools. usually a very small amount loose or soft stools, or nothing at all is passed. i also get terrible pain in my upper abdomen after eating anything. ibs?

Check with your doc: This doesn't sound typical for ibs - usually that's a pain that improves after a bowel movement as well as periodic constipation or diarrhea.  It would be worth seeing your doctor as this could be an inflammatory bowel disease like crohn's or ulcerative colitis.

i have this on my right upper abdomen, it been more than 5 years now. i went for an xray and it show an oval shadow on my right upper abdomen. it like something is obstructing me to pass gas or pass stool. lately it been very painful?

Need more info: All imaging results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you and the images.

If stool pattern has changed, is unusual for you, & the change persists, or is accompanied by other symptoms, see your doctor.

: Your post is confusing. Bile is the color producing agent in stool, starting out ultra-green and transitioning through yellows to brown depending on the action of enzymes and bacteria in the poop. Yellow poop has just gone through before browning. By itself the color has no significance/is normal.

COVID 19: COVID 19 can cause GI side effects to include nausea, vomiting &amp; diarrhea.  Stool color may vary.  Although bile ducts can be affected by COVID 19, I do not know the cause of  your stool change. Please see:
