Keeping anxiety a: secret can make you more anxious.  Everyone has vulnerabilities and if your partner cares she will understand, maybe even tells you what makes her anxious.  An aspect of this may be cultural. i.e., men are not supposed to be anxious.  I'v seen many professionally who are, even big shot corporate types and other professionals.  Peace and good health.

Please Inform: I would advise you tell your previous partners about your HPV status.  Certain types of HPV can cause multiple forms of cancer (Cervical Cancer) in women if they are not screened frequently for them.  If they know about your status, then they could get an HPV test or Pap smears done to determine if they contracted HPV.  For yourself I would advise condom use to protect yourself.
