: Side effects are expected with this multi drug regimen. Did you take valacyclovir and diclofenac for shingles? Is baclofen a temporary med or you take it all the time? We need more info about medical history and current side effects. Your family doctor should adjusted your medications for alleviating the adverse effects.

Taper less risky: For both Clonazepam and paroxetine, tapering the dose over a 2 week period (sometimes 3) is less risky than stopping abruptly.....Especially the clonazepam.  I always taper that one down.  Paroxetine is more just to be safe.

can i drink sleepy time tea from celestial seasonings when on paroxetine hcl 10mg? it has chamomile, lemongrass, spearmint, tilia flowers, blackberry leaves, orange blossoms, hawthorn and rosebuds as the ingredient list?

: An excellent question.  Paroxitine is a Serotonin Uptake Inhibitor (SSRI), therefore the issue is not to take something that increases serotonin levels, such as Saint John's Wort.  The SSRI( should help with middle insomnia (waking relax you so you can more easily initiate sleep.  Other ways to initiate sleep are exercise a few hours before bed time then take a hot bath / shower.

No Vaping!!: Vaping of CBD oils has been shown to cause a life-threatening damage to the lungs. The illness is now called e-cigarette or vaping product use-associated lung injury (EVALI). Those affected seem to have serious lung damage (even after just one session). They may even need intensive care and support with a ventilator. The oil in the solution causes severe inflammation and death of the lung tissue.

There are some: Presumably you doctor addressed any medical causes before calling it anxiety.  There are of course other medication options to try but there are non medicinal options. There are friends and family help, support groups, therapy among a few choices. Your doctor should be able to help direct you in the right direction from non medicinal help to deal with your issues.
