Was this an incidental finding on a radiograph, do you have any symptoms, and have you been evaluated by and oral and maxillofacial surgeon or ENT yet?

No: A stone in the parotid gland can obstruct salivary flow  from the particular duct that is obstructed, then saliva can back up behind the stone creating  a swollen dilated portion of the gland which  resembles a cyst, called a sialocele.

Parotid Cyst: Most of the time a parotid cyst is benign.  It is currently estimated that 80% of masses, tumors or cysts that occur in the parotid are benign, while 20% are cancerous.  While the odds are certainly in your favor, best to have it evaluated to make sure it isn't something that is going to need surgery or other treatments.

Not likely: The ultrasound is an great tool for identifying cysts which are almost always non cancerous.

Have you seen an MD?: Is the mass fixed or mobile?  Parotid gland or lymph node?  Bumps painful?  Fever?  I would see a doctor to rule out infection that would need meds to get rid of.  Good luck!
