Concern: This question is best answered by a gastroenterologist or hepatologist(liver specialist). I would be concerned about chronic liver inflammation or fatty infiltration. I assume that you have been instructed to abstain from alcohol. A liver biopsy may be indicated for diagnosis.

See answer: Testicular microlithiasis is an infrequent but well recognized condition, which is usually incidentally identified on testicular ultrasound scan. Interest in testicular microlithiasis has increased over past few years, owing to a weak but observed association with testicular germ cell tumor. Regular testis self-exam for any testicular mass and/or periodic ultrasound is all that is recommended.

Stone passable: If stone is described as punctate it is likely only a millimeter or two in diameter which makes it a good bet to pass if it moves into the kidney tube (ureter).  If you are on Urocit K (potassium citrate) I assume that you have been diagnosed with a low citrate level and this medication supplements the level which can prevent certain calcium crystals from forming.  Key is to have stone monitored, with good hydration

It could suggest : Congenital kidney conditions such as medullary sponge kidney or could be from conditions that cause elevated calcium level like huperparathyroidism . Google online about nephrocalcinosis/ calcium deposit in the kidney parenchyma or substance vs nephrolithiasis / kidney stone.

Nephrocalcinosis: Technical term for thus condition is Nephrocalcinosis. There are several conditions possible. Most of the time needs follow up by kidney specialist and may not cause any long term damage to kidney. Best to see a kidney specialist.

Kidney pebbles: This is about calcium deposits (hopefully small) in the tissue of the kidney. Your doctor will either refer you or treat you and perhaps find a reason that it developed to prevent a recurrence. Work w/ them to correct it and I hope it goes easily. It's not likely to be terrible, but it requires treatment. Best!

See below: Renal refers to kidneys; parenchyma is the organ's functioning tissue rather than the ducts & other spaces in the collecting system; calcification suggests a calcium deposit; nephrocalcinosis is another term that includes all 3 concepts. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/nephrocalcinosis 
lists many conditions that can be associated w/ this finding. Discuss with pcp or nephrologist.

Typically just aging: On a head CT, 'extra-axial' refers to outside the brain itself and 'intra-parenchymal' refers to that within the brain tissue.  Calcifications in both locations are frequently seen with aging, however you should review your study with your PCP to review the details of your particular exam report.  A concierge consult could also be step up and I'd be happy to look into the specifics of your case

: It is an abnormal finding, especially at your age; however, it less likely affects your total kidney function.
I wonder if you had a serious kidney infection or your right kidney was injured (motor vehicle accident, sport injury ..) in the past.

Not a problem: Bits of calcium form in the walls of the pelvic veins. It's of no concern.
