None: No single blood test will give the diagnosis of all parasitic infections. Anyone who tells you otherwise is practicing fringe medicine. Be careful on your trip, get your required immunizations and take malaria prophylaxis as recommended, and when you return should you develop any illness let your physician know your travel history. Have a good trip.

Stool problems: Worms are not as common as previous years. Diarrhea and loose stools can mean colitis, irritable colon or an infection. I agree that you should checked to discover the cause. At your age a type of colitis would concern me.

: It is a little more complicated. First, parasitic infections are rare in USA and a positive test in the presence of typical symptoms is needed. Second anti parasite medicine were used indiscriminately for prophylaxis and treatment of COVID due to Internet/media driven beliefs and that created suspicion in prescribing liberally such meds that may have serious side effects.

Not worms: There is no such thing as a liver flush. There are many things sold over-the-counter which claim to flush your liver or other organs in your body. This is all nonsense. Most parasites are not visible in the stool. I suspect what you're seeing is mucus or some other part of your stool which appears wormlike.

Some ways: Humans can catch some types of worms by  touching contaminated feces  & then putting their hands near their mouth. They may swallow food or water containing feces. They could also become infected by  or eating raw contaminated pork, beef or fish.

Yes: There definitely are anti parasitical that can be very useful. But its affectiveness may hinge on which parasite you have.  Specific parasites need specific medications.
