what could cause your skin to move as if something is under it? it looks like a worm or something like that- but i live in upstate ny so not likely a parasite right? i have videos of it too. other doctors (4) have ignored it being a symptom?

: These are muscle fasciculations. can be benign. May be aggravated by caffeine intake, lack of sleep, anxiety. if frequent, should see LMD or neurologist

Just few examples..: Intestinal parasitic infections can often be diagnosed by examining the stool for eggs and parasites under a scope. Other parasitic infections i.e. Cutaneous larvae migran as pictured here--no testing needed! trichinosis is an infection with  larvae of a roundworm trichinella spiralis from infected-uncooked pork. This needs muscle biopsy. If u have trouble/concern, consult doc. Good luck.

Some asymptomatic: Abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, symptoms of malabsorption, itching around the anus and other symptoms may occur, but sometimes you may have none.

: There is no such product. Worms or other parasites require specific medications, different from one parasite to the next. No OTC chemicals, products, diets, etc remove heavy metals -- but if you are outwardly healthy and have not been knowingly exposed (e.g. infancy in a lead paint environment), there is no need. Please don't worry about this. And don't waste money on internet scams or promotions.

It is possible in other parts of the world, however it is important to be aware of how parasites could be acquired so you could take precautions rather than be anxious. There are many parasites and could lodge in different organs. They could be acquired various ways; but worms usually are by food contamination.

No: Don't kiss the person on their rear end. Otherwise you're fine. Many people are told they have "worms" / "parasites" by "independent medical thinkers" when they actually don't. And if a person is diagnosed with a particular worm or eukaryotic parasite, usually treatment is sijmple. Best wishes.
