"parenchyma" is the "representative tissue, " i.e., the tissue that normally lives in the area being studied. Fibroglandular refer to tissue made up of glands (milk glands) and fiber. This could as easily have been stated as "patient has dense breast tissue." that would be common in a 40-year-old woman. Lgromkomd.
