i used panoxyl on my shoulder and broke out with these pimple-like bumps in one spot on my shoulder. they haven't gone away. what should i do?

how do i clear my hormonal breakouts on my chin. no matter what i use (byoma mositurizer, panoxyl face wash, lrp effacular duo +) it is still active, red and inflamed. please could you help me choose some face products to clear this up?

: I would recommend you to see your PCP and get a prescription for a longterm care, e.g., benzoyl peroxide gel or cleanser alone or in combination with an antibiotics.

i have struggled with acne on my back for a few years. i notice that in the summer, with sunlight and salt water, my back always stays clear. but, in other months, when i use the same routine (panoxyl, arazalo, dapsone), it can never stay clear?

: Try a sun lamp to the back in those months and avoid wearing synthetic material next to the skin. if not better- a Dermatologist

You can use it: to treat acne and reduce production of new acne spots, but it doesn't treat the spots left once the acne cyst is clear.

Stop the wash: I suspect the wash is causing too much irritation to your skin. If you can get a wash with 5 % that might work if you find that the wash was giving you some benefit.

should i use cetaphil facial cleanser for oily to normal skin or panoxyl 10% benozyl peroxide or both (one am one pm)?

: The only way a doctor could advise you on this would be to see your skin. If you have significant acne, you may want to see a dermatologist so you can be examined and the best treatment for your would be recommended. Good luck to you!

: I think you asked this question before. You can use panoxyl face wash in the morning and tretinoin cream or ointment before bedtime. Use facial moisturizer during day time if the skin is too dry. Good luck.

: You can do that but you should apply facial moisturizer in between if your skin is too dry. Take care.
