Yes to both / either: Physiologic stress like acute illness can worsen anxiety and result in panic, cold medicines can also do this (especially if have decongestant), plain-old life stress can absolutely increase anxiety and bring on panic. You should discuss the event and recent surrounding issues with your dr / therapist / counselor to see if there is a likely trigger that you are missing, or if meds / illness.

dr put me on symbicort for post covid cough but now i'm worried because it says that it shouldn't be taken with propranolol and i use propanolol when i'm in a bad panic attack and my heart is beating fast, is it safe to take it with that inhaler ?

i inhaled a small bite of cheese, will that hurt me? i keep coughing, but now i cant tell if i cant breathe or if im having a panic attack. scared??

Coughing is normal: Coughing is a normal reaction to inhaling a substance, such as a piece of food. This allows you to clear your throat and windpipe.  As long as you can breathe and talk, you will be fine.  You are most likely experiencing an anxiety reaction to the incident.

i went to bed coughing. now i wake up my heart is pounding and my chest is congested and im coughing. i also have anxiety, which im on meds for. could i have a panic attack. ive had a lot of stress lately. and would walking help? i have high bp to?

: Your symptoms are not entirely consistent with anxiety/panic disorder alone. If cough persists today or you have additional symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, fever, etc., please see your doctor.

Asthma: May be asthma from allergies or a sign of a panic attack. I would see your doctor or go to the ER where they can do simple breathing tests to check for asthma.

for the past 4 days ive had headaches, dull chest pain, no fever/temp, no persistent coughing. ive had a health related panic attack b4. cant tell if its anxiety or pneumonia (i have throat drainage)? havent been around ppl w/ covid-19.

Anxiety likely: It is unlikely you have pneumonia with out and elevated temp. But anxiety is very common. Self isolate, get plenty of rest and fluids, wash your hands regularly . try not to worry as stress reduces immunity.  IF you develop a fever or trouble breathing call your doctor
