A step is missing: I think. If a mammogram reveals a density, it is important to determine where it is solid or cystic. A solid mass is more suspicious for cancer. That question can often be answered by performing an ultrasound exam. You don't give your age (perhaps waiting for this more acceptable in very young) but I would like the question of cyst vs solid clarified. Consider asking for ultrasound now. Stay well!

A repeat study now: Cysts in the abdominal organs are common and fairly harmless.
if you are concerned, you should discuss it with your doctor who ordered the MRI last year. A repeat MRI done now will put the issue to rest.

pain & pale fatty/oily stools. 2 pancreas protocol cts 3 mos apart show no lesion or duct dilatation noted. is this enough to be reasonably reassured?

Re pancreas probably: Other issues at play here.  Gallbladder issues, bowel malabsorption issues, along with several other possible causes. is the chemotherapy protocol at a major medical university cancer center usually the same for liver cancer as it is for pancreatic (no mets) cancer?

Yes and no: The choice of treatment for liver Cancer is Sorafenib which is not a chemotherapy but it is called  a Targeted agent. Chemo is often used for Cholangiocarcinoma, a type of Cancer arising from bile ducts of the liver. This latter type of Cancer is treated with chemo drugs which are more or less similar but not exactly same as those used forpancreas cancer(Gemcitabine +Cisplatin or oxaliplatin)

Hemangioma: It will likely be a hemangioma, adenoma, or FNH at your age; all are benign.

Join aClinical trial: Keytruda used alone has not shown significant activity. So it is being tested in combination with targeted agents. This is being done as a clinical trial. But you have to go to a cancer Center where there is a Pancreatic Cancer team which has a center for Pancreatic Cancer like in Houston or New York or Nashville(Sarah Cannon cancer Center)

will a ct abd w/contrast (liver and pancreas protocol) show celiac artery?last ct enterography showed compressed celiac.this one made no mention of it

It can: The celiac artery is often visualized on CT of the liver, but not seen as well as it is on dedicated angiography. If you are still concerned, a repeat angiogram is the best test.

: I do not know why original MRI scan was done for, however there is no set protocol how long to follow and how often. Knowing it is unchanged in size for three and half years and assuming you have no symptoms discuss with your physician and do follow up on demand so far it is at a reasonable interval. The cystic cancers of the pancreas are rare hence to wait and watch policy is okay.

Get iv contrast CT: There are many reasons to have a liver mass, more often than not, they are benign, but clearly depending on past medical history,  It is difficult without contrast to differentiate these lesions, there are various ways to give intravenous contrast.  A hemangioma protocol is also known as a triphasic study, allows one to look at three phases of liver perfusion but more complex to do.

Stay calm: First of all pancreatic cancer is an uncommon disease. Ct scans are accurate yet are dependent on the size of the cancer. If your ct scan was negative you probably don't have pancreatic cancer.
