i had a trauma on my temple 5days ago,the next day i see that the swelling is decreasing but black eye is forming & spreading around eye, what to do?

Time: After a trauma it is normal for the blood that forms from a bruise to change color and move around. Blood from a bruise often settles out lower than the area of trauma just from gravity. It may turn many colors before it resolves. You can use cool compresses if it is bothering you (not ice), but it will resolve on its own in a few weeks.

hello! so my eye started to swell up about 2 days ago,the swelling went down this morning,but suddenly my eyelash line has become bright red with little bit of yellow tint to it. i havent had any traumas to my eye?

: Have you used a new cosmetic for you eyes before these symptoms occurred? If yes, contact dermatitis is likely the culprit then you should discard that new cosmetic. Give it some time and your eyes will be back to normal after all materials are washed off. Good luck.

Don't worry too much - I have been wearing glasses since I was age 6 - now age 71. It has never been a problem, including year one where I had trouble with 5 pair of glasses.

Yes, absolutely: Any tissue that is hit or traumatized can swell.  Tissues which are more tender and which have a large blood supply like the labia can swell very quickly -- not unlike your lip.

multiple: The treatment of chronic thoracic pain can range from the conservative, to the much more aggressive.  Conservative options, which presumably yo have done can include medications, activity restrictions, and non -invasive treatments such as therapy.  More aggressive options usually fall under either interventional pain management or surgical approaches.  Sitting down with a spine specialist can help.

Venous insufficiency: Swelling of the ankle without trauma is likely inability of the veins to pump blood back to the heart,  as a result blood pools and the ankle swells.  Use a compression stocking and see if the swelling reduces.

Tailbone: Bu tailbone i assume you mean the coccyx. These are painful and if you have noted swelling then there has to be some inflammation. Please see you doctor for help, in the meantime use ice.
