? vitiligo: White discoloration results from a malfunction of your skin's normal pigment, melanin. For exampe, vitiligo results when melanocytes are destroyed spreading from spots to, often, bigger patches. It is more common in more darkly complected individuals. It is treated with cosmetics, re-pigmentation using UV light therapy, steroid creams. See a Dermatologist for definitive diagnosis and treatment.

Possible rosacea: You might have rosacea.  I would advise you to see a dermatologist for a difinative diagnosis, as skin problems are nearly impossible to diagnose when not seen in person.

Get it checked: It is unlikely that this is cancer but if you have a family history it is not unreasonable to have it examined.

Burns: If you did not feel any pain with the burn, it means you had a 3rd degree burn, as in 3rd degree burns your nerve endings get burned a swell thereby eliminating pain sensation.  You should see a doctor if it is a large area of burn. 3rd degree burns can lead to scarring.

Colds / yellow skin: Please follow up w/ urgent care /doc today. May be thyroid, anemia, ulcer with or without H pylori, liver issues -hepatitis, mass. Need liver tesing CBC, h pylori testing and thyroid testing to begin,as well as review of food intolerences like gluten  f/u/ today

: It seems you have an acute allergic reaction but I am not sure the allergen is from the old woman's hand but it can't be ruled out entirely. If needed, you can take anti-allergic medication such as allegra (less sedative effect) or benadryl, OTC allergic meds, for those symptoms. It could be a coincidence then you should see a dermatologist if those skin findings last more than 3 days. Good luck.

Protect skin: For lighter skin – always protect your skin. 1. Use a broad spectrum sun screen with a high SPF. Apply as often as needed. 2. Wears hat or other clothing to protect skin from Sun’s UV rays. 3. Try to avoid mid-day sun.  A medication like hydroquinone may take months to work and usually it’s use would be limited to a particular site on the body.
