Why is my skin looking pale?

Potentially many: Anemia, lack of sun exposure, skin pigment disorders. Of most concern would be acute blood loss. Please see a physician.

Need more info: If you are female with heavy periods, you are likely to be anemic and that is a common cause of being pale. If this is the case, take oral iron and multivitamin supplements. If the above does not apply to you, see a doctor. If your periods are heavy, you should consult a gynecologist. Have a healthy diet, exercise, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, and get HPV vaccine. Wish you good health.
