Lichen Planus: Lichen planus is a chronic recurrent rash of unknown cause with no established cure.
Lichen planus generally affects adults and can involve any portion of the body, but it has a predilection for the wrists, ankles, and oral and genital tissues. Treatment is usually with topical steroids.

Ankle swe..: My original answer was erased so short- yes w altered walking due discomfort. Find tullies heel cups- otc  to help. Bone of heel( talus) after excessive stress at attachment plantar ligament from heel toes creates inflammation at bone and body classifies ( spur) keep it from tearing off bone. Surgery is last resort after all conservative measures fail.

It could: If pain is present you may not be walking in a natural faschion and swelling could occur.

i had pars planitis 30  years ago. now i  have normal tension glaucoma. very advance i am under treatment but could it be a relation between both ?

Yes: Intra-ocular inflammation over a period of time (as in pars planitis or peripheral uveitis can cause decrease in outflow of aqueous fluid from the eye(s).  This may lead to elevated intra-ocular pressure and optic nerve damage (glaucoma).  There is no evidence that ntg is more likely than poag due to the prior history of pars planitis.

Retractile testicule: Retractile testicule is normal in children, provided you can get the testicule to descend into the scrotum with gentle maneuver. As he grows older, the testicule will stay down and stop retracting

Plantar Fasciitis: It does sound like plantar fasciitis.  Depending on how long it has been going on, the treatment will vary.  If it is just starting, make sure your shoes are not worn out (they have limited life, like tires), check into orthotics to support your arch, ice and rest.  If it has been going for a while, you likely will need physical therapy before returning to running with orthotics.  See doctor.

Needs observation: Black stool can be from iron, but could also be sign of bleeding. If she has not have any upper endoscopy  and colonoscopy, it will be wise to consider. For simple testing , stop the iron pill for 5 days and do a stool guaiac test and a blood test

i have a lot of floaters. also light sensitive. how would i, or an eye doctor know if they are caused by uveitis, or pars planitis?

Floaters, Uveitis: Patrick, it would be hard for you to know if the floaters you are experiencing are from uveitis or PP, although both conditions can cause associated light sensitivity, pain and redness which can be clues. An eye doctor would conduct a dilated examination of the back of your eye and can see changes which go along with uveitis/PP.  I would see an eye doctor for a full evaluation.  Take care!

Extended lower jaw: Mandibular prognathism  typicaslly refers to a condition in which the lower jaw outgrows the upper jaw. This results in a more forward position of the lower teeth and chin. It can be minor or major. Hapsburg jaw is a reference to the royalty of that name who demonstrated various degrees of this, often with deformity. If you look around, you will see people with this jaw position.
