SeveralPossibilities: A small lump just above the navel could be a supra umbilical hernia, a lipoma or a cyst. Most lumps under the skin are not malignant. The fact that it's been there for 2 years without enlarging is evidence for it's benign nature.

If the lump is tiny and not enlarging you may not have to do anything. If uncertain, have a physician examen the lump.

Probably a lipoma: If there is no history  of trauma to that area, it is probably a benign lipoma or a cyst.  If it asymtomatic and is not growing, it should be seen by the same surgeon or internist in 4 to 6 months.  If it grows, it should be removed by total excision.

It could be: Something in the skin such as a cyst.  Or it could be a fatty tumor like a fibrolipoma.  Or it could be a hernia.  Time to go to the doctor to find out.

If any prior surgery in the area, incisional hernia is possible .

See a Hernia Surgeon: In general, "no bulge, no hernia", so I am a little skeptical if your symptoms are due to one; your symptoms actually sound more muscular in nature.  There is, however, a rare type of hernia called a spigelian hernia that may be difficult to diagnose.  Therefore, if your symptoms persist, you may be better off seeing a hernia surgeon just to be safe. Good luck!

Normal lump: The lump is mst likely a "healing ridge" which is a construction site of repair which will dsappear in the next couple of months. It s a good sign of healing.

"Lump under navel": Unrelated to the myomectomy, this "lump" may represent an umbilical hernia, which is usually not serious, but should be checked, as if large enough, small intestine may be trapped in the hernia and cause pain and obstruction of your intestines. See your surgeon who did the myomectomy for an exam, as these kinds of hernias are easily repaired.
