Don't give up.: Warts are caused by a virus that your immune system does not mount much of a response to.  They require multiple treatments every few weeks in order to clear.  You can also try soaking the wart for 10 minutes every night in lukewarm water, then filing away the soft part with a nail file. (remember the wart is contagious, so don't use the file anywhere else.) cover the wart with duct tape at night.

There : There are several wart treatment options including treating with liquid nitrogen (vigorously and repeatedly every three weeks or so), candida injection, topical acid preparations, squaric acid, bleomycin injections, and laser.  I typically find that if my patients are consistent with coming in frequently and allow me to freeze the wart aggressively with liquid nitrogen, good results can be obtained.

A corn is a lump of dead skin cells formed where there is repeated pressure or friction on the skin (happens without viruses). Both lumps can push into the bottom of a foot because on the sole, a person stands or walks on the lumps all day

So you are asking: about warts on fingertip and spot on forehead. First you need to file warts down when wet after bath or shower, and cover with OTC wart meds. If not clear in a month you need to see a dermatologist. As far as the soft spot, without seeing and touching it, i don't know if its a cyst, lipoma or whatever else it could be, so see your doctor

Apple cider vinegar: Each night before going to bed soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar, apply it to the wart and then hold it in place with a band-aid. Leave it on all night, or if you like, 24 hours a day but change the soaked cotton and band-aid each evening for a week. The wart will swell and may throb as it reacts with the vinegar and then start to turn black within the first two days and in two weeks gone.

See a gynecologist: Not clear who prescribed you polifiox- if you haven't seen a gynecologist, I'd recommend seeing one. That specialist can help describe to you your options along with their risks.

Maybe: Because you are training he way you are walking due to the surgery? Perhaps a vitamin deficiency like magnesium or potassium? Are you drinking enough water? All of these items should be considered.
