Penile Papules: Pearly penile papules are small (1 to 2mm) round bumps that are attached to the rim of the head of the penis. These bumps can be the color of the skin, translucent, white, yellow, or pink. The bumps can sometimes go all the way around the rim of the head of the penis, and the bumps can form multiple rows around the head of the penis.

Abrasions: Sores that develop immediately after long periods of sex are likely due to abrasions.  Lesions from sexually transmitted diseases are not usually immediate.

: Assuming you are sexually active, the two main causes of penile ulcers (open sores) are herpes and syphilis. Without preceding blisters and painless, syphilis is the best bet, and is especially likely if you have sex with other men. Get to a doctor or clinic ASAP, preferably one with lots of STD experience. Probably not.: It's possible (almost anything is possible), but highly unlikely.  You didn't describe what you have on your foot that led you to believe that it's herpes. Consult a dermatologist and find out what is going on.

already had hsv1 mouth.  have had two cold sores on penis since january.  herpeselect test negative for hsv2  at 2.5 months, and again after 5 months.  igg .22 and .54.  can hsv1 migrate to groin?

Doubt penile herpes: Transfer of HSV from one body site to another can happen, but almost entirely during the initial infection; it's rare after more than a few months. So probably you did not infect your penis with HSV1 from your mouth. The HSV2 tests show it isn't HSV2 either. Therefore, it is unlikely the penile sores were herpes. Next time, see a doctor ASAP for exam and PCR test or culture for HSV.
