Painful Rash: My hunch is you'll be okay.  This a very sensitive part of our bodies, and many reasons why you developed the rash: skin pulling while you shaved, dull blade, ingrown hairs as they grown back.  Also, once the hair is gone there's a lot of rubbing, chaffing and sweating. Try to keep it dry and protect from chaffing in the next week.  I think it should be fine.  Maybe check with MD

i have a painful rash mostly on my buttocks & on my back under my bra band.  i do have a few spots on my arms & legs aswell.  they look like bug bites but are more sore than itchy.  not sure what may have caused them.  i'm having a hard time finding infor

Needs to be checked: It needs to be evaluated as the spots are persisting.Have you used any cream or ointment.See your doctor or a dermatologist
it could be a bug bites, skin infection like impetigo, sometimes the bug bites get infected as well.

Folliculitis: See a dermatologist  ASAP. You probably will benefit from minocycline or other oral antibiotic. Meanwhile try cool water and some benzoyl peroxide. You need to grow up. Adult men have body hair. If you want to be as smooth as a baby, consider laser.

Other conditions such as a bacterial infection, cellulitis, can spread and cause pain and lymph node swelling as well. Please see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment.
