Cellulitis: tenderness, swelling and redness are signs of infections.  if you wear headphones a lot, they may be a source of pathogenic bacteria.  Use hot compresses on the area at least three times a day.  Keep it dry otherwise.  Clean your headphones with alcohol and don't use them for a few days.  if it worsens, see a doctor.

See ENT doctor: You have an infection on your ear and it is imperative that you see an ENT doctor for evaluation and treatment to prevent further hearing loss.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

for a year i have had hearing loss tinnitus dizziness intermittent hoarseness when speaking pins and needles in face, arms, hands, legs sharp stabbing pains in ears neck pain headache in back of head an mri of my iams was normal who should i see?

: Apparently your MRI ruled out the presence of an acoustic neuroma. I recommend consulting a neurologist for examination &amp; appropriate testing. For the hearing loss,ear pains &amp; hoarseness an otolaryngologist  should also provide input.

Ringing in ears  is called tinnitus . It is often  associated with hearing loss but not always and has many causes even ear wax. .  Follow up with  Ear Nose Throat doctor to determine the cause and alleviate the symptoms.

can sudden sensorineural hearing loss happen mildly over a few days without getting much worse, just the same? right ears hearing goes out for few seconds to a minute but comes back fully. loud noise makes it worse though?

Get seen immediately: Sudden hearing loss is an ominous sign.  I would call an ENT (ear nose and throat specialist) immediately for advise or get your pcp to make an urgent referral.

Ear: You really need to check it out as soon as possible. It may just be wax but it also might be a sudden hearing loss which requires treatment with steroids as soon as possible.
