i have a non painful lump on my right hip bone what could this be? i'm a 28 year old female.

Bump on hip: This could be a lipoma. Is it soft and nontender? Most likely nothing to worry about if it is just under the skin, and not painful. A simple exam by an MD can help determine this!

See your Doctor: This could be several things, you need to be seen by your doctor ang get the lump checked out.  The most concerning thing would be an infection or abscess.

Lymph node: This sounds like a reactive lymph node. It can be swollen from a small cut (like from shaving) or other infection in the groin or leg area. It should go back to normal over a few weeks but if it keeps getting bigger you need to see a health provider to check it out.

Watch and wait: If it has not grown in five years, you may watch and wait. If the mass doubles in size, becomes irregular in size, shape or color, bleeds, or ulcerates, please see a doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

i have what feels like a lump in my right buttock.  sitting is very painful. feels like hip bone is going through flesh.?

Stretching helps: Avoid sitting with wallet in back pocket. May be a very tight muscle or pinched nerve. Stretching helps.  Sometimes a heel lift is required. A low back adjustment may be necessary as well. If not relief with this or anti inflammatory medications, further testing, such as an x-ray, ct or MRI may be needed.

Many possibilities: Hard to say with out seeing or being able to examine it but common causes of lumps in someone your age are: lipomas, dermoid cysts, sebaceous cysts.
