Sure, but...: ...Need diagnosis first. "cure" depends on if simply just hemorrhoids/fissure or something serious. Have you been straining at stool, have rectal dysfunction, perform an activity that increases pelvic engorgement with blood or increases pelvic pressure (heavy lifting, prolonged sitting, etc.)? History of colitis, infection, rectal/anal trauma or high risk? Best to get checked--don't delay please.

Anal fissure: Is the most likely cause of this which is a small "split" in the skin at the anal opening. It usually occurs due to stretching of the skin with passage of large and/or hard stool.  Increased fluids along with bulking agents such as psyllium husks used daily to soften stools will help these heal in about 2-3 weeks in most cases. You can read about this on line and learn more.

Anal bleeding: indicates a need to see your doctor.  It could be internal bleeding which is serious or less serious but important is the possibility of hemmorhoids.   Peace and good health.

Yes, and others: As can other disorders, such as hemorrhoids and anal fissure. Anal cancer is unlikely at your age. If you have these symptoms, please consult your doctor.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.

Fissure : Most likely, the pain and blood are related to an anal fissure. It is also possible that you have an internal hemorrhoid. If you were straining when you went to the bathroom or you had a very hard stool, then either could cause these symptoms.

It : It sounds like this has been going on for a while, and that is concerning.  Rectal bleeding must always be taken seriously.  You most likely will need a scope to evaluate the cause of your bleeding.    While it could be a hemorrhoid or anal fissure, it is important that you seek medical evaluation for your persistent rectal bleeding.  If you have an increase in bleeding, vomiting, abdominal pain, feel light-headed or faint, then you must be seen immediately.

Possibly...: It could be hemorrhoids, but a number of sexually transmitted infections can affect the anus and rectum and cause bleeding.  I suggest you see a healthcare provider to exam your genital bumps and cause for rectal bleeding.

Could be serious: This could be a sign of some serious intestinal bleeding especially if you are feeling lightheaded. Given the long flight, i would not risk it ; see a doctor to have your stool examined, vitals checked and blood count ordered. Good luck.
