i have a sore tongue that is bloody on both sides  i have my tongue, due to jaw clenching fromnightmares during sleep.  this is happened before,  but my time has never been this injured. i am wondering  what i can do to heal my tongue?

See oral,surgeon: The best thing for you to do is to see an oral surgeon about this swelling.  Get the proper diagnosis and treatment. There are salivary glands in this area that sometimes get blocked, called a mucocele. Something the size of a grape may needs treatment.
