pain under right scapula. worse when taking a deep breath and relieved somewhat when i put my right arm over my head. worsens while sleeping. ideas?

Pulled Muscle: Sounds like a pulled muscle. Would try an anti inflammatory like ibuprofen on a full stomach and avoid any heavy lifting for a day or two and see how it goes. If you are older, have high blood pressure or any chest pains you should see a doctor and get checked out.

i have pain at lower left scapula. mostly when i try to gouge/stretch or at workout (deadlift, benchpress, squat). little pain at deep breath or gouge?

Cut back weight: Sound like you tore one of the scapula support muscles. Suspect you continue to re injure the area by lifting too much weight and straining the area. See a PMR doc or physical therapist to made certain of that diagnosis. Taping she shoulder blade for a while can allow it to heal.

Cervical spine: You may have a condition in your cervical spine that needs can cause pain around the neck, shoulder blade, and shoulder. 
It may be a degenerated disc or a pinched nerve in the neck.

Concerned: I would recommend an evaluation by a physician.  There a several reasons that could be causing you to have this problem. If you are having a difficult time taking a deep breath because of pain, this is called pleuritic chest pain.  If it is because you are unable to catch your breath, that is considered dyspnea. Either way, you need to be evaluated by a phsycian to rule out significant diseases.
