I have pain at lower left scapula. mostly when i try to gouge/stretch or at workout (deadlift, benchpress, squat). little pain at deep breath or gouge?

Cut back weight: Sound like you tore one of the scapula support muscles. Suspect you continue to re injure the area by lifting too much weight and straining the area. See a PMR doc or physical therapist to made certain of that diagnosis. Taping she shoulder blade for a while can allow it to heal.
