Best advice anyone -: Can give you would be to get seen ; evaluated by your pcp. Getting anxious about it will not help, but make you more anxious.
Pain there could be from a number of reasons. Take some nsaids and see the response. But you must see your pcp urgently.

Must see doctor: Any breast swelling in the breast  or near the breast need clinical examination , possible mammography and other  tests including if needed  a biopsy . See your doctor with out delay

Chest pain: Please make sure there is no rash of  intertriginous infection or shingle.  Have rib cage x-ray  to see rib fx.Heart condition needs evaluation.  It may  be just musculoskeletal pain. You also need mammogram. Please see your doctor for exam and diagnostic tests. Thanks.

Skin infection: Sore lump  usually (but not always) indicates an infection, and in your case it might be a boil. 
However, it is difficult to say without looking at it and examining the lump so please check with your doctor

Breast exam-now: including breast ultrasound and mammogram if deemed necessary. Any unexplained breast lump  at your age, requires a 3 position breast exam, testing and imaging.

Could be: shingles.  If caught early in its course, treatment with antiviral medication is effective.  Also could be something else, so it is best to see a doctor for this.

gas issue for 2+months came on sudden burp pass gas 50+ now has been better- ultra of ab/pelvic showed nothing. new symptom-now sting/burn one spot like a bruise directly under left breast/top rib cage. ideas? seeing gi doc next week?

: More description of the left sided chest symptoms are needed in order to advise you. They don't sound like esophageal symptoms though. Could be muscular. Get a breast exam. I'm sure the gastroenterologist will check for lactose intolerance in view of your gaseous complaints.

Don't ignore: Although most causes of the type of pain you describe are not serious, in some cases this can represent something serious, like pneumonia or a blood clot.  Of course there are signs and symptoms that make these possibilities more concerning, like fever or shortness of breath.  A visit to your primary care provider will help to sort this out.  High fever or severe difficulty breathing? Er visit.
